Is the EX6 capable of compounding with abrasive materials?

If you are using abrasive materials, we first recommend our EX6 Industrial Extruder version over our Standard version. It features a nitrated screw and barrel for increased longevity when using abrasive materials like carbon and glass fibers. We then suggest you use our High Fill Mixing Screw for mixing additives, fillers, or co-polymer formulations where polymer has a high fill rate of carbon fiber, glass fiber, or other additives.
