If this is a result of user error, this would not be covered under warranty. If, for example, the motor failed on its own then this would be covered under warranty. If your extruder is still under warranty, we recommend sending it to us for repair to ensure the best results. However, if you choose to replace the motor and screw yourself, please note that this will void the warranty. For your convenience, here is a guide to assist you with the replacement process: Motor and Screw Replacement Guide.
For an even more user-friendly experience, consider upgrading to our EX6 extruder. It offers easy screw replacement, enhanced durability, and precise performance, making it ideal for handling abrasive and challenging materials.
